Alert: MPD Units are investigating a unarmed carjacking in the 1400 block of 16th Street Northwest. Lookout for 3 Suspects. (1) Black male, juvenile, wearing face mask , sweat shirt and carrying backpack. (2) Black male, juvenile, wearing face mask, sweat shirt and carrying backpack. (3) male, juvenile, no further information. All 3 suspects were on a lime bike. The suspects attempted to take a bicycle.
