Week of May 18, 2026 Left Lane and 14th Street HOV On-Ramp Closure: From 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2026 through Thursday, May 21, 2026, for concrete deck replacement work. The same lane and ramp will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2026 for concrete deck replacement work. Traffic controls, including signage, will be in place to guide motorists safely through the work zones. All roadway users are advised to stay alert and be observant of signage and work zones while traveling in this area. This closure is needed for construction activities associated with the I-395 HOV Bridge Rehabilitation Project. The project consists of rehabilitation of the existing fifteen-span concrete deck slab supported on continuous steel girders, concrete beams, and reinforced concrete substructure piers carrying I-395 HOV Freeway Bridge (Bridge No. 169-1; also known as Rochambeau Memorial Bridge) over Potomac River, approach roadway work at Washington, D.C.
