[AlertDC] A Silver Alert has been issued by the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington, DC.
The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 78-year-old Joanne Ashton, who was last seen in the 1400 block of Somerset Place NW on Monday, August 31, 2026. Joanne Ashton is described as a black female with a medium complexion, 5’5” tall, 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue dress. She may be in need of medication.
