[AlertDC] DC Water reports an emergency water outage due to the following 3 water main breaks in the area of 7th Street and Varnum Street NE:
-An 8" main on 6th Pl NE between Allison St & Varnum Pl NE
-A 12" main on 7th St NE between Allison St & Varnum Pl NE
-A 12" main on Varnum St NE between 7th St & 8th St NE
