| Details: | [AlertDC] DC Water reports two 8-inch water mains broke in the following areas: 300 block of M Street between 3rd and 4th Streets. 1100 block of 3rd Street, SW, between L and M Streets. Currently there are two large (100+ unit) apartment buildings and 2 hydrants impacted. The estimated restoration time is 6-8 hours. No roadway closures have been reported.
