| Details: | In accordance the District of Columbia's Cold Plan, the Cold Emergency Plan will be deactivated at 12:00 Noon and will switch to the hypothermia alert. NWS reports the temperatures will be 32 degrees but will feel like 22 degrees due to wind chill and/or rain. Stay inside, bundle up if you go out, report shelter transport for people experiencing homelessness at 202-399-7093, and report animal emergencies to the Humane Rescue Alliance at 202-576-6664. |
