Details: The District of Columbia Government reports the Hypothermia Alert will be deactivated at 7:00 A.M on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. According to the National Weather Service (NWS), the current temperature is 40 degrees with a wind chill of 34 degrees. Today&#39;s forecast is partly sunny, with a high near 44 degrees. Northwest wind 8 to 10 mph. The District issues the Hypothermia Alert when the actual or forecasted temperature, including wind chill, is or will be 32&#176;F or below or when the overnight temperature is forecasted to be 40&#176;F or below and a chance of precipitation is 50% or greater.
